A commercially astute professional with 30 years HR experience gained ‘in-house’ in Pharmaceuticals, Consulting, FMCG, Aviation and Utilities, Stephanie has an extensive track record of working both strategically and operationally adding value to businesses through HR and Training.

Since setting up Pure Human Resources in 2012, Stephanie has worked with a variety of different sized clients to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions covering the whole employee life cycle. Her specialisms include Employee Relations and Employment Law, Psychometrics, and Reward and Benefits. Under Stephanie’s leadership, Pure Human Resources has grown into being one of the South Coasts leading independent HR and Training provider, winning Employer of the Year 2021 in The South Coast Business Awards.
