Claire is the founder of Clairey Poppins, a fractional Executive Assistant business that partners with founders and business owners to optimise operations and drive sustainable growth. With nearly two decades of experience across industries including healthcare, travel, construction, and even quantum physics(!), Claire brings strategic and operational support, embedding herself as a trusted team member rather than a task-based assistant.

Her business, known for its whimsical yet “practically perfect” brand, stands out by delivering personalised, founder-focused support in areas such as HR, finance, events, systems, and business operations. Since launching in March 2025, Claire has secured multiple retained clients and built a thriving practice, all while balancing life as a solo founder and mother to a 5 year old.

Claire is passionate about building confidence in the next generation of assistants, actively mentoring others and as a big advocate of the EA/PA community, she believes deeply in the power of collaboration over competition.
